The Shroud of Turin Website is seriously concerned about your privacy. As such, we minimize the amount of information we ask of our viewers and have no hidden code that extracts information from your computer, nor installs "cookies" or other such devices on your hard drive. The only areas where you are asked to provide any information are the Website Store and the Send Us E-Mail pages of this website.

The Website Store page of this site allows you to order certain items and make payment using a credit card. All online transactions are made via the "Secure Order Form" using the link provided in the upper right corner of the page. There you can safely place your credit card order and your information is forwarded directly to the website via a 128 bit encrypted Secure Server. All data is stored offline on non-networked hard drives. No information is ever shared, loaned or sold to any outside party or organization. Period. If you prefer not to send your credit card information over the Internet, we provide a link to an "Alternate Order Form" that includes detailed instructions for telephoning or mailing your credit card order. Payments can be made by check or money order, but will take longer to process and ship. All items listed that are available from other sources include their own specific ordering instructions. The Shroud of Turin Website assumes no responsibility for these outside vendors and provides the information solely as a service to its viewers.

The Shroud of Turin Website also provides viewers with an opportunity to sign up and become subscribers to the Website Mailing List. If you wish to be on the list and receive an e-mail when the website is updated or when important Shroud news or information becomes available, you can add your name to the list yourself using the link provided on the Send Us E-Mail page. Just enter your correct e-mail address where indicated and hit the "Go" button. That is the ONLY information you need to provide to become a subscriber. You will also be asked some additional questions about yourself, but answering these is optional. I gather the additional information to help determine a cross section of website viewers. If you ever wish to unsubscribe, just use the Unsubscribe Link you will find at the bottom of every e-mail I send to remove your name immediately and permanently. This list and related information will never be sold or made available to anyone else. Your privacy is very important to me and your participation is truly appreciated.
